The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Senior Manager of Quality Assurance and Process Excellence you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Leading a diverse group of 15-20 direct and matrixed teammates
Identifying and developing initiatives that drive both organizational efficiencies and customer service improvements across functional teams
Develop and implement organizational training strategies and programs that elevate professional competencies and employee development at all levels
Develop and implement continuous quality improvement programs that drive process excellence across organizational functions
Develop, implement, and monitor organizational management controls program
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Ten (10) years of healthcare operations-related management with emphasis in lean / six sigma and project management roles in a private, public, government or military environment
Five (5) years of leading direct reports with a demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, counsel, train and direct teammates in a private, public, government or military environment
Advanced process and project management skills
Advanced analytical business and financial skills including extensive process management skills
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
Lean Six Sigma certification
Familiarization with medical device products
Experience with multi-site management
Demonstrated skills in written and oral communication, including executive level presentations and group facilitation
Experience with Microsoft Office applications including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
Travel: May include up to[%%]
